Sorry friends, its just that I've been really tied up with Anna's visit in Delhi and couldn't find time to reply. Besides, it will make sense if Anna could look at the draft and give his opinion. His opinion matters and not mine. I am in Gwalior for Jansatyagraha till tomorrow and be back in Delhi on Wednesday. Will catch up then.
