A. to order PM to print draft in Gazette that would order Collectors to SCAN & put citizens' affidavit on PM's website, if citizen wants, for Rs 20 fee.
B. I order you to order PM to print draft in Gazette that would order Talaties (Patwaries) to allow citizens to register YES-NO on citizens' affidavits for Rs 3 fee
C. link your public phone to your website so that all the sms sent to you are seen by all citizens.
Request to candidates to make a public sms server BEFORE the elections so that the citizens can send via sms their opinions and get them displayed on the website along with their voter ID

numerical short code from a registered mobile for an issue will appear on the website, thus
