As my duty, i am ordering you to enact a law that would reduce age of minor from 18 yrs to 14 yrs for violent rape and murder. And make it retrospectively applicable from 1-jan-2010, so that accused in delhi case can be hanged. Also link your public phone to your website so that all the sms to you are seen by all citizens.Thanks"
